Jermany K. Woodley, Sr., MBA
Jermany K. Woodley, Sr., proud native of Mansfield, LA, began his public accounting career with Ted Soileau, CPA, LLC in 2013 as a Staff Accountant. Recently, he was promoted to be a Shareholder-Owner of the Firm. He is directly responsible for the supervision and administration of various audit, attest (payroll examinations), tax and other accounting engagements. Mr. Woodley graduated from Southern University and A&M College in 2013, holding a degree of Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He also graduated from Southern University in 2015 with a Master of Business Administration degree. Upon obtaining his MBA degree, he was selected as the youngest member of Southern University’s MBA National Board of Advisors where he serves as treasurer. Prior to joining the Firm, he worked for the Louisiana Legislative Auditor. Mr. Woodley is involved in numerous civic, social and religious organizations. Mr. Woodley is the proud father of Jermany K. Woodley, Jr.

Meoni Amaya began working at the Firm in 2016 as an Accounting Intern. Upon graduating from Southern University and Agricultural & Mechanical College in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Meoni began working at the Firm as a Staff Accountant. She was promoted to become a Senior Accountant and currently is the Firm’s Bookkeeping Manager. Meoni is a native of Los Angeles, CA and a proud & active member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc..
Senior Audit Manager
Johnny Nguyen, a native of Baton Rouge, LA, was among the top ten percent of Accounting Seniors at Southern University and Agricultural & Mechanical College, where he was a member of the world-famous Human Jukebox Marching Band. Johnny volunteers as a drum instructor at his alma mater, McKinley High School. Johnny began his career at the firm as an intern and now three years later, he serves as the Firm’s Audit Manager.
Kailah Reaves, native of Alexandria, LA, began working at the Firm in 2019 as an Accounting Intern. Ms. Reaves is a Senior Accounting student at Southern University and A&M College, where she is an active member of the National Association of Black Accountants.
John Nguyen, a native of Baton Rouge, LA, is currently an Accounting student at Southern University and Agricultural & Mechanical College. John volunteers as a soccer coach at his alma mater, Broadmoor High School. John has been with the Firm for one year as an Accounting Intern.
Lyriel Dupre is a Denham Springs High School graduate and former student at Jean Leigh Academy of Dance. Ms. Dupre is presently studying International Management at Louisiana State University.
